Richard T. Cooke, is the Managing Director of Avanti Advisors. He spent 25 years on Wall Street as an Institutional Fixed Income Salesman with Lehman Brothers, Merrill, Lynch and Paine Webber. He was an Executive Vice President and Head of Taxable Fixed Income at Dean Witter and a Senior Vice President and Global Sales Manager for UBS Securities. For the 5 years prior to creating Avanti Advisors, Dick worked as an Independent Consultant representing diverse Emerging Market Clients including the Government of Mexico.
With this type of background Dick Cooke brings a tremendous amount of experience to the job of selecting the right project for the right investor. He possesses an in depth, "insiders" knowledge of the qualities needed to successfully fill the needs of each client, thus matching the right program to the right Investor.

BRAZIL AVOIDED DEFORESTATION PROJECT
We have numerous properties which have been confirmed as holding clear titles in Brazil which are available for avoided deforestation projects. SAMARRA, IRAQ CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
AMAZONAS, BRAZIL
We have a Project Design Document (PDD), on one of the properties which estimates that a substantial amount of Carbon Credits / Natural Capital Credits are sequestered over the 30 year life of the Project. Prices for High-Value, Charismatic Carbon Credits/Natural Capital Credits are presently selling in the range of $8 per ton to $12 per ton.
As the U.S. Agent for MEIC (Middle Eastern International Corporation) www.meic-pic.com we have arranged financing to develop a multiple phase project in Samarra, Al-Abed City, initially building a water bottling plant, a cold storage facility, and the first phase of the real estate development. We will also be building an airport under government sanctions in Samarra and future phases of construction will include multiple style residential real estate, a five star hotel and a marina. The expected total funding for the first 5 phases will be in the $12-$13 Billion Dollar range.
